          Has anyone prepared a public service self-instruction sheet
          for students using Landview TIGER files? If so, would you be
          willing to share it and I'll owe you the 8 hours it would
          take me to write one up? While the Bureau has information
          sheets, I'm looking for something hammered out on the anvil
          of undergraduate experience. Thanks.  LC
