The cheapest place I have found for DCW charts is Ph.D. Associates Inc. in
Calgary Alberta. Ph: 403-289-8189  I don't remember the exact price I paid,
but I believe it was around $200 with conversion S/W to cover about any
format you wanted.  The gentleman I delt with there was Dr. Frank Thirkettle.
