I've gotten by with putting the initial date followed by a hypnen. That
leaves it open ended. The problem is that this call no. files the maps with
like maps with a similar set date.

Subject: Map Cataloging question

----------------------------Original message----------------------------
I'm wondering how to handle the call no. of a map serial whose frequency
is more frequent than annual. For an annual, you put year in the call
no. For example, G4331 P2 year A5. But what do you do for a map serial
that comes out more frequently, say every 8 weeks? Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks

Chris
