Subject: Storage of rayon AAF Cloth charts

Hello All, I am looking at a folder of AAF Cloth Charts (and other
handkerchief maps) and wondering what is the best way to store these
items. We have encapsulated a number of ours in Mylar, but this does
then prevent us from touching them. We're considering encapsulation -
leaving 2 sides open. This way, the Mylar would hold the chart flat in
it's folder but still allow access for the sensory experience. ;-) Does
anyone have experience, ideas or suggestions for storage of this type of
map? Thanks in advance. Angie Cope - [log in to unmask]
