Have you been considering how to get involved with the world's largest
professional organization dedicated to map and geospatial
librarianship?  Are you interested in outreach and marketing?  If so,
MAGIRT needs you!

MAGIRT is looking for a chair for its Membership and Marketing
Committee.  The Membership and Marketing Committee works to increase
MAGIRT’s membership and support current members’ map and geospatial
information-related work. The committee focuses on communicating
information to members and non-members about MAGIRT’s publications,
programs, meetings, and events both online and in person.  The committee
chair term is for 2 years starting at the end of Annual; the committee
chair candidate must be a personal member of MAGIRT or willing to join.
