I have 5 duplicate maps that I will share with another library.  They are all published by IGN (Institut Geographique National) in 1993 or 1994:

Tchad Carte Routiere au 1:1,500,000
Cabon Carte Touristique Routiere au 1:1,000,000
Republique Centrafricaine Carte Generale au 1:1,500,000
Mali Carte Generale au 1:2,000,000
Guinee-Bissau Carte Generale au 1:500,000
