In our catalog, we have a listing for "International air routes of the world,"
World-Quincunial Projection, U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey, 1946, 23 x 44 3/4
in., no scale given.  It's in our off-site storage area, so I didn't actually
look at the map, and we'd need some lead time to make it available for a
reader.  Also, not sure of its condition, so I can't comment on the
possibilities of copying it.  But contact us directly if you'd like to pursue
