Well, I guess you can consider a $2 increase "gentle" but cerntainly
not in relation to a $6 base price.  Spin, baby, spin.

It seems like NOAA and FAA have little price increases every 6 to 12
months; 10 cents here and 50 cents there.  I wonder if USGS would be
better off raising their prices $0.30/year instead of $2 once every
$7 years?  If nothing else they'd end up with a bit more cash that way.
