Position announcement:
Manager, Cartographic Laboratory
Department of Geography, Syracuse University

Applicants should have a degree in geography or cartography
(master's preferred) and expert knowledge of cartographic method
and theory, as well as experience with graphics software, GIS, web
design, and computer systems.  Responsibilities include
producing maps and graphics for department faculty, the university,
and outside, not-for-profit agencies.  Salary: $29,000 to
$45,000 commensurate with experience.  Applicants should send
curriculum vitae, examples of work, and three letters of
recommendation.  Review of applications will begin September 15,
2000 and continue until the position is filled.  Apply:
