1) The very comprehensive table of historical cartography in "abc Kartenkunde"
   (Leipzig 1983) does NOT contain this type of topo atlas, but I found:
   1875-1909 Karte des Deutschen Reiches 1:100 000, 1.einheitliches
             Kartenwerk von Deutschland
   1838-1873 Reymann's Topographische Spezialkarte von Deutschland (360 sheets)
   1814      Mil-top Depot des Generalstabes: Karte von Russland 1:840000 (100sh
   1806-1832 Reymannsche Karte 1:200 000 (342 sheets)
2) Saxonian State Library is in process to connect to German WIN (X25) but the
   Map Library is far from the "new" technology, and *is* interested in contacts
   to the librarianship out of Saxony...
