Maps Folk,

In case you aren't aware of it, the State-level competitions for
the National Geographic Society's National Geography Bee will be held
this Friday, March 29, 1996. If the competition is held at a site
near your map collection, you might want to pop in and watch. It is
a very good opportunity to make contacts with Geography teachers
and students in your state, and test your knowledge of obscure
geographic facts.
