I'm looking for the graphic index sheets to the following
WWII-era Army Map Service series. If anyone has them, I'd
appreciate it if you could send photocopies of both the front
and the sheet listing on the back to the address at the bottom.
(Email first in case I've already gotten them from someone else.)

1. AMS S831 Central Philippines 1:25,000, West Half (I do
already have the index for the East Half of this series)

2. AMS S821 Palawan 1:25,000

thanks!
        Mark
