HI- I am a cartographic cataloger at the Osher Map Library at the
University of Southern Maine, Portland campus. I catalogued a map
by Moses Greenleaf who presented it to the Massachusetts
Legislature in 1815. Greenleaf was for Maine statehood and we
believe the map was a promotion for that. I have some questions
about the call number, specifically the subject subdivision. I have so
far G 3730 1815 but what after that? The map shows boundaries,
county lines, roads and the five counties. The boundary lines are
outlined in yellow. It's a very detailed map. I am not sure of the
subdivision. Any ideas? Thanks very much! Roberta Ransley, Osher
