There are multiple sets of open-source Park and Recreation Symbols
available from THE UNOFFICIAL ARC/INFO AND ARCVIEW
SYMBOL PAGE:

I looked at a few of these, and at least one included GIFs.  Some of
the links are out-of date/broken.
