Can someone send me a photocopy of the indexes for the following
series of 1940's era nautical charts?

Naval Hydrographic Office
H.O. Misc. Chart Series 11,633
Japan - Kyusu ; some labeled Japan - Ryuku-Retto
We need the index sheets that cover through sheet A15 and through
sheet B87.  The index sheets should be about 18 x 22 inches, judging
from some similar series we have.

I was thinking that collections with lots of old AMS maps might be
likely to have this index.
