There is a Map Collector's library for sale on E-Bay (#3523395509).
There are 61 titles, mostly recent publications, scholarly to general
works.
While libraries having map collections may own most of these titles
already, it may be that you know of someone who might want to purchase
these for their own research needs.

As the books are located in Eugene, OR,  my guess is that this is part
of the private collection of the editor of Mercator's World who passed
away in February, 2003.
