At the University of Wyoming, we keep all Wyoming editions and just the
most recent copy of the other western states. Something we do in 7.5'
topos is to keep all editions of quads immediately surrounding WY. We
may start doing that in the future for our BLMs. We gift all the non-WY
superseded editions, which are surprisingly popular.

Hi.

I'm wondering what kind of retention policies people have for the BLM
1:100,000-scale surface management status and minerals management status
series.

Do you keep all editions? Do you just retain the most recent edition
received and withdraw older editions?

Thanks!
