Subject: duplicate TPCs

We just got a shipment of NIMA stuff from GPO on Shipping List
99-2008-S.  We got 2 copies of each of the last 6 charts on the list,
but didn't get any of the first 8.

Did anyone get it the other way around.  We'll trade.

(Considering how hard it's been for GPO to get stuff from NIMA, I'm
not optimistic about GPO being able to fill our claim for the 8
missing charts.)
