For our last meeting of the millenium, we'll take a leap into space
to see how cartographers have tackled the greatest canvass of all -
the universe! Anna Friedman, Assistant Curator of the Adler's
world-class history of astronomy collection (and Chicago Map
Society member) will give us a guided tour of the exhibit which she
curated. The exhibit features a wide range of celestial charts and
other works of art on paper with astronomical themes. Come help us
celebrate the holiday season at the Adler - with splendid views both
inside and out!

The Adler Planetarium is served by CTA busses 12 and 146, and there
should be plenty of parking available either on Solidarity Drive or
in the lot.
