The Omni Gazetteer of the United States lists the following location for
Threemile Island.  It is in Dauphin County and can be located on the
Middletown, Pennsylvania USGS 7.5 min. topo at 40 08 39N-076 43 30W.  The
Nuclear Power Plant is on the same topo at 40 09 15N-076 43 30W.

The following is approximated from a state road map:
 
In the Susquehanna River, roughly 12 miles southeast (downstream) from
the city of Harrisburg.  Approximated at 76 degrees 45 minutes West,
40 degrees 10 minutes North, Dauphin County PA.
