The University of Florida Map & Imagery Library has begun a major weeding
project. The first group of maps to be withdrawn from the map collections
are duplicate old Army Map Service series. When the depository program
began, our Geography Dept. opted for a second copy. Each series contains
all of the maps originally sent by AMS. Therefore, Preference will be given
a library requesting the entire set. However, we will honor individual
requests if the entire set is not request. This first group of maps can be
offered only to US libraries.

The University of Florida will bear the mailing costs for normal size map
tubes. Any special arrangements or larger shipments need to be negotiated.
Please send a complete mailing address with your request for materials.

The files below are in either Microsoft Word 97 or Excel. Please contact me
if you can not open them and would like to receive a text version.
