I am looking for Modern Cartography, vol. 1.

I suspect we have it, and when it was published those concerned did not
realize a series was in the offing, so no record of a series is on vol.
1???

And, of course, natch, vol. 2, 3 in series do not have a list of vols. 1-3!
sigh

So, any one out there know what the title of vol. 1 is, so we can get the
cataloging in good order? I tried OCLC, with no luck. Maybe it is just
me...

Any help would be appreciated.
