Well, we don't have a disco ball globe for you in Salem, Oregon (my home town), but we've got a mosaic one...The rotating will be up to you, but there's lots of room to dance. "macho, macho, man...I want to be..." (now I've got that tune stuck in my head all day - thx :-)

What would really be neat is a disco ball that has the glass pieces as a mosaic of a world globe. The pieces would need to be smaller than for the usual ball, but the colors glowing in the disco lights would be cool.

You're right, it needs to be done. And it is interesting, since this week on Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me, the guests for Not My Job were two of the Village People (the Native American and the Construction Worker). They answered questions about cowboys, bikers, and cops (yeah, the other VP characters).

This seems like an appropriate Friday Question...Has anyone ever superimposed a Map of the World onto a Disco Ball?

I Really want to know, because if they haven't it needs to be done!

Happy Friday!
