The letter Mark Thomas received sounds very simular to a letter I received
in 1988 when NOS ended their depository program.  I have not received a
copy of this letter.  It might be helpful if Sheila McGarr, the CUAC
contact person in GPO, could be notified about this letter so that she
could contact Henry Carter.  Yes, there is a Henry Carter.
