According to the Farm Service Agency Imagery Catalog, QV is the flight
code for Warrick County, Indiana.

On the FSA Imagery Products page
(http://www.fsa.usda.gov/FSA/apfoapp?area=home&subject=prod&topic=cat),
there are links to comprehensive imagery catalogs of available imagery
for all states from the 1950s through present.  According to their
catalog, coverage is listed alphabetically by county.  A Federal
Information Processing Standard (FIPS) numerical code was assigned to
each county after July 1, 1971.  The prior years of imagery were
assigned an alpha code, shown in parenthesis.
