Does anyone out there have the Special Libraries Association "Directory of
members," 1948? and is Gerard listed as a member? [Our copy is missing,
natch.]

I believe his book,  "Guide to atlases: world, regional,national, thematic;
an international listing of atlases published since 1950," pub. 1971, was
cited as a 'best reference' book in a listing of same for 1971, probably
in 1972. I had no luck in verifying this. Anyone know for sure?

Many thanks, Alice,
