NIMA and Ecuador's IGM once collaborated on topo map series J721
(1:50k). Perry-Castaneda's got many of the sheets online at
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/topo/ecuador/, but the one I think I
need, 3987-IV, is not listed. According to Perry's World Mapping Today,
many of the sheets were not published. Still, I'm hopeful. Anybody have
3987-IV???
