  A local consultant has a collection of current regional plans (
"up to year 2000")  done for the state of Jalisco and Guadalajara.
This is outside our area of interest but it seems likely these
aren't widely held in libraries so I thought I'd let fellow geography
librarians know.  We'd be willing to send to another U.S. library.
