Is anyone aware of specific programs that may deal with the historical
geography/cartography of various regions, countries, or the world? We
have a patron whom is interested in showing his students the changing
boundaries of Europe for exampl While he has used wall maps in the past,
he has also used MANY wall maps and would like to be able to assign an
existing imaging computer program that might show the same boundary
changes if such exists.
