David Rumsey will be giving a talk entitled "Thinking Locally, Mapping Globally: The Past and Future of Mapping" on Monday May 22nd from 5:30-7:30 PM at New York Public's Science, Industry and Business Library.  It is in conjunction with the map exhibit "Places and Spaces, Mapping Science."

Location is Healy Hall, 188 Madison Avenue, New York, Room 018, Conference Center, Lower Level.  Additional information is available at:
