There is a program here at Evergreen that is studying about New
Orleans.  A few of the students are interested in taking a look at the
report on Hurricane Pam.

Hurricane Pam was a simulation of what would happened if New Orleans
faced a hurricane head-on.  The simulation was done about a year before
Katrina happened.

Does anybody have a copy of the report?
