Has anyone else had problems with PRS Publications in Hong Kong? Two years ago
they advertised China topos 1:1m, set of 74, published by China xi'an
Cartographic Publishing House but distributed by PRS. We only ordered a few
sheets but they had to be prepaid. To date we have sent 4 reminders and still
have not received our complete order. Am I alone in this or are others of you
still waiting?
