The CIA's publication "Maps of the World's Nations, Western Hemisphere"
(SuDoc #PrEx 3.10/4:W 89/v.1) includes a map of Argentina which uses a
Lambert Conformal projection.  My guess is that its the projection on the
1971 map, also.
