The mention of my thesis ('Waiting for the Esquimo') in the NYT
yesterday prompts me to spruik it on this forum (for its cartographic
content of course):

You can download it as a pdf, together with its many maps and photos
(including, right at the end, a detailed colour A0-sized map of all the
Indo-Bangladesh enclaves at 1:130,000), at:
