A map of Paris is among those offered online by Magellan Geographix on
CompuServe. It's in FreeHand format, and costs $325.

Magellan is a custom cartography company that does guidebook and textbook
work, etc. They've recently opened a forum on CompuServe where they offer
a number of maps in GIF (raster) format at no cost other than the download
time. They also offer a way to download more detailed FreeHand maps (600
of them are listed), which can be edited and make high quality PostScript
output. These, however, are charged at rates that are somewhat closer to
custom cartography than to clip art.
