Hi all. I have patron looking at a map of Washington State broken into
township-range-section. She's trying to figure out the corner points of
several sections in POCA/PLSS coordinates, not lat-long or other traditional
coordinate systems. This is something I'm unfamiliar with -- does anyone
know how to find these coordinates, and where they might be explained?

Thanks.
