Ah, I checked it and the Declaration of Independence has the new style
s in the word Congress.

It's the Bill of Rights that has the word Congress with the first s
looking like an f....indeed, the Bill of Rights was written after the
Declaration of Independence but that's another story.

I thought about it some....I hope nobody would write Congrefs, even if
the original text had the "Latin small letter long s."  Many PC fonts
have it as 017F, Alt-X.
