Am I going mad? I remember seeing a book a few months ago (or less) that
combined historical birdseye (or panoramic) views of selected US and
Canadian cities with contemporary aerial photography and text. It's not John
Reps' _Birdseye Views_, and I'm not having any luck finding it referenced
online.
