Can anybody point me to a map of the U.S. showing the heavily
populated states as large and the sparsely populated states as small,
in any cartographic method? The patron needs this today. I've tried
all the serious bibliographies but this type of not-to-scale map isn't
showing up. I've tried Holm's Pictorial Maps. I've seen this kind of
map but can't think where. Thanks.
