There was a review in New York Times on Sunday of the new National
Geographic World Atlas. I was frankly disappointed by the article, which
seemed to me mostly to be a "gee-whiz" about GIS-based cartography, speaking
to an (supposed) audience that hasn't been following technology change over
the last 20 years.
