       Thanks to Ken and all of you for the info. I have passed it on
       to the reader. I suspect as one of you folks suggested that he
       just had a "bad clerk" day, and if he remakes the call, with
       the info we have provided, he can obtain the item. Or he may
       take advantage of an offer of a duplicate from a maps-l-er!
       Thanks again, for the superb generosity of maps-l folk!  He
       gets his map, and I get a quick update on reference skills!
