I know very well that there is a digitized version of the book (in black and white). But I need a color scan.

Ike Skelton Combined Arms Research Library has already sent me two scanned maps, free of charge, in a very high graphic resolution (600 dpi). Unfortunately he could not send me these other two maps because the book is ruined.
