J. Murrey Atkins Library at UNC Charlotte has begun a large weeding
project. We have topo maps available for free for all states EXCEPT:

North Carolina

South Carolina

Tennessee

Virginia

Georgia

Florida

The maps are in various scales but predominantly 1:24,000 (7.5 minute).
