You seem to be right. We recently purchased the edition with the loose
sheets in the two boxes. The individual sheets have copyright dates
mostly in the 1980's, none newer. I think it had previously been
avaiable in fascicles on subscription, but now the entire thing is
available as a set, or something like that.  It was immaterial to us,
since we didn't have it before at all.
