Hello--  I'm leaving the University of Washington Libraries Map Collection
and wanted to say goodbye to colleagues.  I hope to reappear in a California
library soon.

My last day here will be March 30 and Jenny Stone Muilenburg, our GIS
Librarian, will be appointed Acting Head of the Map Collection on April 1.
For the librarians out there, stay tuned -- the UW Libraries Administration
anticipates that the search process for a permanent head probably won't
begin until later this year or early in 2002.

I'm moving to the Sacramento area.  My husband has been working from an
office down there for over a year and we've decided it's time to go, so I'm
looking for a new job!  Thanks for all the help over the years.
