Have you tried the World WeatherDisc which contains the Local
Climatological Data, U.S. Station Climatological Summaries, and U.S.
Monthly Normals of Temperature and Precipitation. I have not searched it
or the above print sources for the North Slope but I would "think" that
the oil exploration facilities would have a climatic station.
