The University of Virginia library subscribes to all 50 states. Virginia
residents can use this for free, while in the library. UVa faculty,
staff, etc. have the capacity to access the collections from a distance.
(The database use policy is here:
http://www2.lib.virginia.edu/policies/database_access_policy.html .)
