Due to contractor error, the GNIS Geographic Names Information System,
Digital Gazetteer, February 1995,(item 0621-J , I 19.120:G 25/CD, SL
95-0026-E) was distributed to libraries without protective covering.
Please make claims only for damaged discs, not for jewel cases or
protective envelopes as there are none. Steps have been taken to insure
this does not occur in the future. Library Programs Service is sorry for
the inconvenience caused by this occurance.
