Indonesia detailed topographic maps are difficult to find if DMA are not
available. The only other semi-solution may be Nelles Verlag Indonesia series
that show spots heights. Papua New Guinea is easier - there is a good set of
(JOG) Joint Operations Graphics at 1:250,000 that the Royal Australian Survey
Corps has done and they are excellent.
