We have an inquirer asking for maps of
Dronning Maud Land, the Norwegian territory
in Antarctica.  It was apparently mapped by
the U.S. rather then the Norwegians, but our
user has not been able to track down their
maps.  Are they in the public domain, and whom
should he contact?
